if you’re not assessing, you’re guessing. that’s why every training program begins with a full movement screen and goal assessment. Overseen by our director of training, Jonathan Muller will take the proper steps necessary to map out the blueprints for your unique game plan.
upon completion of your assessment, we will give you an honest RECOMMENDATION for a training program that will ring true to your specific goals and timeline. everything discussed in preparation includes but is not limited to training frequency, timeline, best trainer fit, scheduling, and pricing.
once the preliminaries are taken care of it is now time for you to execute your program. though you sign on with one trainer, every trainer here at the next step is committed to seeing you succeed so don’t expect to step in without having few familiar faces encouraging you to stay on track. execution may last anywhere between one to three months at which point we re-assess and prepare for your next goal!
